Permissions for executing Scalar UDF's

Hello,

I've written a simple user defined function that computes z-values based on a normal distribution. However, when I try to activate a stored procedure that uses this function I get the error: "Not authorized at ptime/query/checker/query_check.cc:2137." When I take the call to the function out the stored procedure activates without issue.
