Hi Sam, as Ravi says you can use the import option in HANA Studio. If it is required for users to upload data on a regular basis you may want to take a look at this blog I did a while back on using the SAPUI5 FileUploader control - http://scn.sap.com/community/hana-in-memory/blog/2013/09/02/upload-data-to-hana-table-with-extended-services
