Couple of things:
Can you please look into the following:
If you need assistance, (1) check out our FAQ, (2) seek help on the discussion forum and should all other options fail, (3) send us an email at inmemorydevcenter@sap.com.
Since this is 30 day trial, I am not sure how does it work, but may be the above 3 steps will help.
Secondly, if you already created the schema yourself, you should already have the access. Why are you trying to grant the access again to yourself. Are you trying to grant the access to some other user on the schema ?
