Yeah SAP is building more and more functionality in HANA but still at present HANA will not replace BW.
SAP released Suite running on HANA but at the same time it is also building new capabilities in BW.
More and more features are being added for BW on HANA.
As now we can use ODP to get data from ABAP based HANA database.
At present many large customers are running business on BW and they are considering migrating to BW on HANA. So i don't think SAP will rush things and add lot of features in HANA yet.
As we have seen, we can run BW Reports directly on BO but the same is not possible with HANA(we have to create an additional semantic layer).
And major benefit of BW is free BI Content and i don't think we are gonna get the same in HANA.
We have RDS available for HANA but its not free.
BW Analysis Authorizations are much more secure, detailed and advanced than Analytic Privileges.
Ofcourse we can't predict the future so lets wait and see what new features are added in HANA
