SAP HANA One Premium is a single HANA instance currently hosted on Amazon Web Services that can be provisioned quickly. SAP HANA One Premium includes a HANA Platform edition license (same as HANA One) as well as the Data Services component of HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), a cloud-based ETL tool to help extract transform and load data from SAP Business Suite and other sources (e.g. 3rd party databases) into SAP HANA One Premium. SAP HANA One Premium includes SAP Enterprise Support.
SAP HANA One is offered on a utility-based pricing model at 99 cents per hour (plus cloud server charges). SAP HANA One Premium is provided at a fixed yearly subscription (plus cloud server charges) and also allows the import of SAP Business Suite data (source database needs to be a full license), connection of BI tools and includes SAP Enterprise Support.
SAP HANA One Premium allows fast deployment, operational flexibility and faster time-to-market to develop and deploy for use-cases that can be satisfied by 60.5GB memory (equaling about 30GB of compressed data). SAP HANA on-premise is recommended for use cases that require larger data sets.
