As I mentioned earlier, I am not experienced in XS development. But shouldn't the development artifacts be part of a project. Do you have all your files under the project as defined in the document. The Analytic view created under the project is created as "ProjectName (which is mapped to the package) / AnalyticViewName.analyticview". This file can be seen under the project directory mapped on our local drive.
I don't think you need to provide _SYS_BIC and Analytic view from that schema as it contains the runtime object column views.
