when you say "we need to download millions of records" and then "to filter and pass then to several product managers", I'm sure that each product managers won't look at the whole 1 million records _at the same time_. Not even you will, in Access. You'll filter by, I don't know, business line and/or country and/or product category, and run an analysis for the hundreds of SKUs in that filter. I just don't understand why you couldn't do these filters in an online report in BO Explorer or WebIntelligence.
