I have designed an analytic view that is based on a star schema .This analytic view contains a single fact table with some dimension tables having cardinality 1 :N from dimension to the fact table.I want to get distinct attribute values for one of the dimension tables and thus apply distinct on the attribute value before the join is done in the data foundation.Is there any provision through which a distinct can be applied while designing the view .

Please let me know if this can be worked out.
