Hello Tobias,
there is no sync of system entries between SAPLogon and the Modeling tools. By default the Modeling tools displays the entries defined in the saplogon.ini defined in the SAP area within the machines systems settings. Can it be that your SAPLogon uses another saplogon.ini?
