Thanks for correcting the items I missed
in light of this I would like to add several points that are mentioned in the HANA Master Guide.
On page 19 of the master guide SAP recommends using SLT over SRS.
You may also refer to pages 22 and 23 to see the advantages offered by Trigger based replication(SLT), ETL based replication (BOBJ DS), and Log based replication (SRS).
Also pages 13 to 23 will give you a little more details on each of the replication technologies. The only one missing is DXC but this uses SAP extraction structures in the BW module and is not applicable if you are using a database or non-SAP system as your source connection.
The other thing is licensing for SLT is covered automatically in the SAP HANA Enterprise edition, and if you want SRS you need to go one level higher for the extended enterprise edition.
