SLT Replication Triggers Cause Source System Errors

We've used SLT replication in SDI to replicate MARA tables from ECC source into HANA then in a second step we've tested the ADRP use case. When we have a trigger on ADRP we get the following error:

Kategorie (categorie)     Installationsfehler (installation error)

Laufzietfehler (runtime error)     DBSQL_SQL_ERROR

Austnahme (exception)               CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

Datum und Ziet                            13.05.2016  16:55:26

When we remover the trigger (just the ADRP trigger, the rest are working fine), it works ok.

Any suggestions how to resolve this?
