Can you check the below options...
1. Is there any code in the transformation in SLT where it is skipping the records ?
2. Any filters in in the transformation in SLT ?
3. Also, you are telling that when you check the Application Logs - No logs gettings generated. it mean that everything is replicated to hana. Once the successful replication is done, the data from the application logs will be deleted.
