I have used below statement to create SQl privilege.

Create STRUCTURED PRIVILEGE ZANPSQL_MM_MATRL_RESERV_ALL FOR

SELECT ON "_SYS_BIC"."NEXTGEN_P001.MM/CV_MM_S_MATERIAL_RESERVATION_QUERY" where "MANDT" = '100';

MANDT I have used in where clause because it only create with WHERE clause and LIKE does not work with this.
