You have mentioned in your reply that ChangeList ID will be different once it gets to QA environment. Is that because you have enabled the Change Recording in QA environment?
In our QA environment, we had not enabled the Change Recording in QA environment and we do not get new change IDs. We will now have to enable Change Recording in QA and make an artificial change in objects to be able to transport to Prod.
In your case, do you have to do artificial change in objects to move from QA to PROD?
