1. SLT will give Real time replication but you can replicate tables but not extractors.
So SLT is not good option for you.
2. Using DXC, can replicate source extractor data to HANA Table (In-memory DSO)
but It is not real time replication.
Some advantage in this approach is,
Low TCO and Simplicity (No additional Server / application needed)
Limitation is source can work with only one Receiving system
3. BODS (ETL mechanism ) can replicate source extractor data to HANA Table but It is too not real time replication.
Replication To Multiple HANA System from Source is Possible.
In Transformation, toy can able to complex Transformation.
Separate License needed for BODS.
So based on your need and use case you can wither go for DXC or BODS.
