Hi,
as the message says. Your procedure debug_account.level is not active on the HANA server (indicate by the icon for the procedure on the first screenshoot). You have to activate it.
By the way. You should not use the deprecated ".procedure" files anymore. Use the new ".hdbprocedure" files.
