It would help if you showed some sample data, explained what are the join conditions and expected results etc.
And the terms "Header Table" and "Line Item Table" imply that there is a 1:N relationship between the two tables. So there are multiple values of LT4 for a single value of HF1, and you need to have some logic to resolve that. Which again goes back to sample data and join conditions.
