Which memory statistic have you been looking at?
Why is the memory allocation a problem?
Are there out of memory errors or an increased number of column unload?
I recommend to review the memory consumption with the scripts from
SAP note #1969700 - SQL statement collection for SAP HANA
"TopConsumers" and "Overview" should provide a good idea about what components are the main memory usage drivers.
