custom tile does not navigate

Hello,

I created UIS custom tiles following the instruction of this blog: Creating custom tiles with SAP HANA UI Integration Services (UIS)

The tiles are displayed perfectly on lauchpad. But the problem is, in .xswidget file, I set up Navigation Target URL for my tiles. But clicking those tiles has no response. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

The UI5 library is 1.28. Also I tried sap.m.CustomTile instead of sap.suite.ui.commons.GenericTile but still does not work
