That is something you will have to do manually to eliminate the non significant variables . I used the coefficient table and did not remove any of coefficients (none were dummy variables for my ) with (0's or small enough values).
While calculating the score it will anyways not cause issues. It did not for my calculations in using the predictwithlogisticR PAL proc. I matched the records with SPSS and R target lists are the results were within margin of error (5%).
