I had the same logon issue but can now log on with no problems. However, I cannot execute any of the SQL procedures that were working before. For example, this statement worked before but now I am getting a syntax error:
CALL "HCP"."HCP_GRANT_SELECT_ON_ACTIVATED_OBJECTS"
