I just tried it and it worked perfectly for me...I choose a Schema --> Right click --> Export --> Next --> Format (BINARY) --> Export Catalog Objects to Current Client --> Choose a directory --> Finish.
Are you using AWS or CloudShare? Do you have permission to write on the export directory?
