Pretty sure this was due to an error during upgrading hana versions. 86-96
The installs have been failing due to an error about the service already being started?
From hana studio i stop the system.. Then resume the install and all the components downloaded properly and XS admin is nice and new and Blue!
However my Recovery backup is still broken.. The login button on the login page is not responsive.. But that could be due to the load on webdispatcher or xs engine.
