As mentioned in the "SAP HANA and Python" blog,
download any Python IDE and assign Python.exe (from the Python folder on hdbclient) as the Python executable.
The Python IDE you are using is IDLE, so you need to do the above and assign the Python.exe as mentioned above. For the steps to do that, please search online. This would be a general question on Python/IDLE, not a HANA-specific question.
You can ignore what I said about cmd etc, it isn't applicable as you are using the IDE.
