While I agree with Fernando that the whole approach here might not be the best, I like to point you to the SUBSTR_AFTER function, which allows you to look for the first occurrence of a search string (your <space>) and return what ever is right of this character.
Have that evaluated before your STRING_AGG and you should get the desired result.
