Your data is not your problem here.
It's the representation of the data in the UI.
As I explained in Community criss cross puzzle posting in multiple locales the way numbers, dates, currency etc. gets rendered is dependent on a couple of locale settings.
Also, it is always the client application that formats the data. So, the solution here is to change the setting for the reporting tool and the formatting it applies to decimal data.
