I had the same issue when reporting on Analysis for Office. As a workaround, I moved my hierarchy to the Attribute view and the calculations to the Analytic View. Removed the cv and pulled the Analytic View in Office as I had only one fact table to deal with. I know if is not an optimized approach, but as I said it was a workaround and worked fine for me.
