I have already gone through above link and did not find anything about delta program for C_HANAIMP131 which I did.

Look at the following piece of excerpt from the above article. I could not make out anything relevant for guidelines to achieve the Delta certification. Do not wish to have tag 'Ex' before 'Certified'.
