The problem might be in the definition of your table...as you can see...your first record has a 1 character field, while the second one has 3 characters and the third one has 2 characters...
When building your table, you need to make sure that you assign the biggest value for that column...if you create it as 3 characters, then those 3 records should be uploaded...
