You can try setting up an AUDIT TRIAL under HANA Studio--> SECURITY--> AUDITING
After you setup the AUDIT trial the AUDIT table will get populated each time there is a DDL Statement executed against the tables in a SCHEMA that will help you identify the users executing the statements leading to the missing tables
