Hello,
we upgraded from 85.2 to 96 revision and encounter exactly the same message now.
We need to disable a job and are unable to do so due to this message.
I granted myself all available application privileges and still got that message.
In the end I had to manually update "_SYS_XS"."JOBS" to set the job to INACTIVE in order to investigate the issue we face with the job.
