No it will not. You can however start using the SQLScript debugging in the Web based development workbench which does support single stepping. In SP09, you must set the breakpoint in the runtime object in the catalog however. In SP10, you will be able to set your breakpoint directly in the .hdbprocedure file and debug straight away.
