When you export (while exporting select the required schema or even the table you want >> right click >> select export >> then choose the format, type of export i.e. CSV or Binary - choose (Catalog with Data and including dependencies) and then choose export location. You can export directly on server or even to your desktop. - while exporting data is take care of.
Once exported you just have to import the catalog objects selecting catalog and data. All the tables and data will be imported as it was.
