Yes Christoph, I know that there are now bitwise operations available (not surprising that there is some improvement, seeing that my last reply is more than two years old).
Not sure what you mean by HDB SQL/VIEW and (n=x)...
Besides, SAP HANA is not in the "we need to have each and every feature of all other DBMS" game.
As I see it SAP HANA takes on new features mainly driven by actual customer/project/product demand.
By "actual" I mean projects/products that have a financial impact to SAP.
Many features that would be really nice to have, are not even requested a lot in actual projects or aren't that critical.
So, out of interest, which bitwise operations do you miss in SAP HANA?
