Replication on Developer edition.

I have a developer edition running on cloud and I am new to SAP Hana, I have few questions about configuring replication:

1) Can we replicate a developer edition?

2) If allowed, looks like we can set up replication with click of few buttons, is this same as SLT replication?

3) When I tried to configure a replication ,system asked for operating system password, was I provided one when I opened a account?

4) If yes, I forgot the uid and pwd and how can I recover those?

BTW, I am trying all these from SAP Hana Studio.
