It is because you created the schema thorough xs ( hdbschema file) . This case, _SYS_REPO will be the activator. I believe the issue is not because of '"GRANT SELECT ON SCHEMA "MYSCHEMANAME" TO _SYS_REPO WITH GRANT OPTION"' this statement.
