Dear Gurus,
I am doing one system migration activity , where during exporting the ECC system (with HANA DB) , it's repeatedly getting terminated due to OUT OF MEMORY issue . In SWPM , under R3SIZECHECK phase , it uses nearly full memory (available RAM size) and leads to stop the INDEX SERVER & NAME SERVER . As a result even if we try to connect the database through HANA Studio , it throws HANA host not reachable issue . Following are the logs & screen shots to get a glimpse of the issue :
In R3SizeCheck logs, it gradually starts to give following error for most of all the tables and then at end it terminates :
ERROR: Select for get_rowcnt failed (table "TCGGRPTREE")
column store error: search table error: [1000002] message not found
ERROR: init_table: get_rowcnt failed
DbSl Trace: Connect to database failed, rc=1, rcSQL=591
FYI, this system is a sandbox system & it's having 16 CPU & 62 GB of memory . Is there any specific measurement we need to take from hardware side for EXPORTING HANA based netweaver / ECC system ? In the system , we have installed ECC with HANA smoothly and is working fine , but while exporting only , this kinds of issues are appearing .
Please suggest the guidelines to be followed for the same . Thanks in advance !!
