Hi Vivek,
Had there been a HANA version upgrade and is your HANA Studio with same revision as the HANA DB ?
Basically null-pointer-exception is one of the worst in java and doesn't really tell anything. 
. You have to eliminate all other possibilities to arrive at what exactly is going wrong.
