Hi Kemal,
You can create an HTML file and then may be try calling odata Service using ajax.
Why you don't want to use SAPUI5.
Using SAP UI5 will make it lot easier for you.
In SAP UI5, you just need to create an Application Project and inside that select .HTML and then code everything in HTML
