Are you planning to implement hana in your landscape,.
If you source system is SAP-ISU : go for SLT ( SAP Land Scape transformation ).
steps :
i) ISU : Select your source system tables need to replicate : VBAK,,, DFKKOP,,, EVER...MARA...etc
ii) SLT Server : Set Connection between ISU Sys to HANA Sys ( parameters )
iii)HANA Modeller :
a) Load the data into hana accordingly ( Data comes from Source sys to hana )
b)create your own models in hana accordingly( Attribute, analytical, caliculated views, )......and execute the reports. Hana gives you the basic functionality of reporting.
Note : Hana is meant for modelling purpose even you can do reports as well.
c) If you need good reporting options go for BI Reporting tools ( BI4.0..4.1..4.2 )
