While I am not a Jenkins guru have you considered pushing code via the web "api" repo versus using Regi commands? xSync-for-SAP-HANA/xSync.m at master · paschmann/xSync-for-SAP-HANA · GitHub

I wrote a couple of hacks which push/commit code to the HANA content repository and it may be faster. (but I am not 100% sure). If Jenkins can PUT data, it might be an option.
