Do you have software update site configured? One doesn't come pre-configured for you. Generally inside a corporation, your system admins will setup a central site and we at SAP can't know what that is. if you are using a public version of HANA (Trial or HCP) then I would recommend using this public update site: https://tools.hana.ondemand.com/. However Rev48 is pretty old. I'd probably recommend unistall and reinstall to be safe. If you don't access to the service marketplace for the installer you can get it from a public site as well: SAP | HANA Developer Edition
