Ahh ok I think I understand what you mean. So you're kind of dynamically changing the SQL statement based upon what the user passes in the parameter. That probably works if you have just one parameter but what if you have 5 for example? Then you would have many different combinations of SQL statements to generate right? Maybe somehow parse the various pieces of the SQL together one condition at a time.
