Yes you can delete like that. But was wondering if you are looking for some mechanism to delete.
Basically want to know how the deletes can take place on HANA side.
We have something called "Table Comparison" operation in SAP BODS. We can use that to compare the table in HANA and ECC and issue the deletes on ECC using BODS to be in synch with HANA.
But before trying to form a solution, I want to know the exact requirement on how the deletes happen on HANA ( Will the user directly delete or use a procedure to delete ) , At what frequency delete happens or adhoc deletion?
