Your configuration looks correct. What it seems to be doing is trying to load inactive versions of everything. Of course the UI5 libraries don't have inactive versions. However I can't recreate this situation in my system. In my system it loads inactive versions if they exists and for everything else loads the active version.
You might try testing with just a simple XSJS and see if this single object can load the inactive version. You could test my theory by then activating it so there is no longer an inactive version and see if then fails.
The only other thing I can see that is different from my system is that you use lower case and have a period in your workspace name. I don't know of any problems with that, but I personally always use all upper case and no periods. My workspace, for example, is ORG_I809764. I ways use this pattern of the system SID, underscore, my user id. Like I said, not aware that what you have would be a problem. Just trying to eliminate variables.
