Adding to that there another approach to pull hana data to mobiles.
Hana has an inbuilt engine (XS engine - from SP05 ) which actually helps to generate OData services (from analytic views/calculation views/logical views/tables ). SAP Mobile Platform has the capability to consume Odata Services and develop Applications from it.
HANA--( views/tables) ----> XS Engine ----> Odata Services---> SMP--->Mobile Applications (native/hybrid )
