I think the export algorithm gets the relevant table names out of the nametabs DDNTT
and DDNTF. We had another issue once when the export didn't work because it tried to export tables which didn't exist on the database or in DDIC but were only mentioned in these two nametabs. Do these nametabs in your source system contain your missing tables?
