Im afraid it would need the insight of someone with a far better underrstanding of the repository and artefact activation process.
Out of interest, did you experience this issue with an artefact you may have earlier deleted and then recreated? I deleted the artefact, recreated and then got the error messages mentioned. It seems this way for Trinoy too.
