found the solution for this issue
1. update the .csv file and do activate
2. now , you need to activate .hdbtid file . since it is already activated , it wont allow you activate again.
so, cut some piece of code and save the file & paste the same piece of code . (now the file is modified) . do activate it .
Basic idea is , you need to activate .hdbtid file to get reflect in table
