As Vivek rightfully pointed, TZHANA series is quite old. I would recommend getting HA100 & 300 for your preparation. I think the E stands for E-learning which is a distance and cost effective training offered by SAP education. They also introduced HA350 Data provisioning recently..also very important.
hanacademy.com offers plenty of videos from basic concepts, modelling...to administration and implementation.
